Placing an order on EdenSposa’s web site is easy and quick thanks to the shopping cart always reported on the left side of the catalogue complete with the pictures of the selected items and with the easy procedure enabling you to order one item in 4 steps only.

1 - Click on every photo So you can access the “Detailed Sheet”
2 - Click on “Add to Cart” The item will be added to the cart SUGGESTIONS: In “Detailed Sheet” you will find other pictures (with possible blow up), descriptions, sizes and available alternatives. Other useful functions are also available: - print an optimized sheet version; - send this page to a friend; - ask for further information on this specific item.
The cart will be automatically viewed on the left of the catalogue in order to keep always an eye on the selected products; so with a click on “Order” you can access the order form at any time. 3 - Click on “Order” SUGGESTION: You can change at any time the cart content or even cancel some or all items: with a simple click on “Change” you can access the relevant page.
4 - Fill in the form and click on “Send Order” At this point the order will be transmitted and, if you have selected the credit card payment, you will be redirected to the bank server. You will receive an e-mail to confirm our order receipt.

Delivery times and Shipping conditions
Most items reported on the catalogue are hand-crafted by the relevant manufacturers.
The delivery procedure concerning the required item starts since your order confirmation and so in most cases, and if not specified otherwise, delivery times will be arranged within 30 days since the order confirmation.
The package is shipped by courier.
The customer can check the shipment status at any time and in real time through the service offered by the courier itself on its own web site simply entering the relevant shipment code reported on our shipment confirmation sent by e-mail.
A contribution of € 15 is required for shipping charges.

Delivery
Precautions on receipt of the package:
EdenSposa will notify the goods shipment by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated at the time of the order.
We kindly ask our customers to check carefully the package conditions at the time of the delivery and in case of evident and considerable damages we strongly suggest to inform the deliveryman about it and finally to accept the delivery according to the form “accepted on condition” to be reported on the delivery note with your signature in order to avoid any possible dispute in case of goods damage.
Unclaimed goods times
If you are not in at the time of the delivery you will get a notice in your letter box and the package will be lying at the nearest clearing centre for a period of 5 days and after this time the goods will be automatically returned to us.
